Role Summary: Lead end-to-end recruitment activities by driving talent acquisition strategies, managing hiring teams, and delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Manage and mentor recruiters while ensuring timely delivery of hiring targets across multiple business functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize ATS, job portals, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract top talent.
- Track recruitment metrics, optimize hiring processes, ensure a positive candidate experience, and drive continuous process improvements.

Role Summary: Design & build scalable web apps using ASP.NET Core (REST APIs) and React SPA, with CI/CD and cloud‑ready architecture.
Experience: 4–8 Years
Location: Noida
Key Responsibilities
- Backend: ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core, SQL Server; implement auth (JWT/OAuth), caching, logging.
- Frontend: React + TypeScript, reusable components, routing, form handling & state (Redux/Zustand).
- Integrate REST APIs; ensure performance, accessibility, and responsive UX.
- Follow SOLID, unit/integration testing; code reviews and clean architecture.
- CI/CD with Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions; Docker containerization preferred.
Must‑have Skills: C#, .NET Core, Web API, EF Core, SQL Server, React, TypeScript, Git
Nice to have: Azure (App Service, Storage, Key Vault), Microservices, Redis, Kubernetes.
